Tom Udall, speaking at the New Mexico National Guard Association Convention, discusses the new GI Bill. The new bill will extend the educational benefits to over 1.7 million brave troops that have served us so well since September 11, 2001 so that they will be able to afford to attend a four-year university and receive a stipend for books, housing and other expenses.
