Fight Back Against Senate Obstruction

The United States Constitution says that the President “shall nominate” and with the advice and consent of the Senate “shall appoint” justices to the Supreme Court.

But right now obstructionists in the Senate are refusing to even bring a Supreme Court nomination to a vote. This is exactly the kind of gridlock and partisan political games that have ground work in Washington to halt and upsets Americans who just want the Congress to do its job.

I’m joining with Tom to fight back against obstructionism and demand the Senate perform its constitutional duty.
