Petition: Replace the FEC, Rein in Big Money in Politics

The New York Times just wrote an editorial about the Federal Elections Commission and how it’s paralyzed by partisan gridlock.

The commission has been so deadlocked that it cannot effectively regulate the dark money contributions flooding into our elections or the tax-exempt “social welfare” organizations that are actually acting as partisan political attack machines.

Tom has proposed a measure that would replace the FEC with an agency capable of reining in big money in politics and enforcing the election laws we already have on the books.

Add your name and support Tom’s petition urging Congress to replace the FEC with a stronger agency that can do its job.
